How it works
From sheet to report, step by step.
Follow these steps the first time — after that, every sheet takes seconds.
- 1
Create your classes
Set wilaya, school and classes — or import the Excel file to create classes and students automatically.
- 2
Add your students
From the official Excel file, or add students manually with their matricule.
- 3
Scan the grade sheet
Open the camera and point it at the sheet — good light and a flat sheet is all it takes.
- 4
Review the matching
Nuktah shows every student with their matricule — adjust by hand before saving if needed.
- 5
Check the grades
Every grade out of 20 across three parts: continuous, test, exam — edit in one tap.
- 6
Export & share
A print-ready PDF report, or update the Excel workbook without breaking its ministry formatting.
- 7
Track your results
Class summaries, averages and rankings — see every student progress.
Before you start
- An Android phone with a working camera.
- An internet connection while scanning — sheets are read online.
- A ministry-format Excel workbook to import classes and students in one step (optional).
- An email address to sign up — the account is free.
Formats & limits
- Grades are out of 20 across three parts: continuous, test, exam.
- Students match by matricule — every result is reviewed before it is saved.
- The free tier covers manual entry, two scans and one import; anything beyond that draws from your credit balance, which never expires.
- Scanning works best on a clear, well-lit sheet — anything misread is corrected by hand on the review screen.
