By using the Nuktah app you agree to these terms.
About the service
Nuktah is a teacher’s grade-management assistant: import an Excel workbook, scan grade sheets, and generate reports. The app is provided “as-is”.
Your use of data
You are responsible for the data you enter or scan. Use the app only with student data you are authorized to handle in your professional role.
Accuracy — your responsibility
The app helps read grades, but you must review every grade on the review screen before saving. The app is not an official grade record.
Nuktah AI
Grade-sheet photos are sent to the Nuktah AI service to read grades after your consent. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Credits and payments
- Every account starts with free credit: 2 scans and 1 workbook import.
- On the free plan, each scan, import, or report export uses 1 credit; viewing, manual entry, and sharing are free.
- Pro subscribers get unlimited scans and imports, while report exports use 1 credit on every plan.
- You can earn extra credit by watching an optional rewarded ad, up to 5 credits per day.
- Credits never expire. Purchases are processed via Chargily and subject to its terms.
- Prices are shown in Algerian dinar (DZD).
Advertising
The app shows ads (banner, interstitial, and rewarded) through Google AdMob. Watching a rewarded ad is optional and grants credit as described above; ad use is subject to Google’s terms.
Fair use — accounts and free scans
One account per person. The free scan quota (and any free import) is personal and limited; it may not be shared, sold, or obtained repeatedly by creating multiple accounts. Automated bulk sign-ups, disposable-email registrations, and circumventing the scan limits are prohibited; we may refuse sign-ups or suspend accounts that do so, using records such as IP address and signup metadata (see the Privacy Policy).
Intellectual property
The app’s code is owned by CipherZahra. Your data and workbooks remain entirely yours.
Disclaimer
The app is provided without warranties; we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Our maximum liability is limited to amounts paid to us, if any.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
The laws of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria.
